Position Overview: Frontend Developer - Altinn 3

Location: Digdir offices, Økern Portal, Oslo

Project Purpose:

• Further development of Altinn 3 into a comprehensive platform

• Supporting public sector service development needs

• Migration of services from Altinn 2 to Altinn 3

• Working within the Altinn 3 team, primarily with Altinn Studio

​

Key Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years documented experience as frontend developer with React and Node (TypeScript)

• Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing

• Experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes (preferably Azure)

• Frontend development experience in cloud-based solutions

• Knowledge of public sector and Altinn platform

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken)

• Experience working in cross-functional DevOps teams

• Understanding of public sector operations

• Experience in developing/managing and further developing design systems (preferably Figma)

• Must sign confidentiality agreement upon start

​

Work Environment:

• Full-time position (100%)

• DevOps model combining development, management, and operations

• Cross-functional team setting

• Hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 days/week remote work possible)

• Based in Oslo office

​

Contract Details:

• Start date: April 11, 2025

• Initial duration: 1 year

• Option to extend: 6+6 months
