Position Overview: DevOps Fullstackutvikler (DevOps Fullstack Developer) - Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (Digdir)

Location: Digdir's offices in Oslo (Gåkern Portal), or possibly in Leikanger or Brønnøysund.

Project Purpose:

• The consultant will join the team that develops, manages, and operates data.norge.no following a DevOps model. The main responsibility is the development of functionality.

Key Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of documented experience as a DevOps fullstack developer.

• Experience in both backend and frontend programming.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Next.js, React, Node.js, Spring, Kotlin/Java, TypeScript, or equivalent.

• Experience with semantic web (RDF, Linked Data).

• Experience with automated test development (BDD), methods, and frameworks.

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, AMQP).

• Experience with microservices and efficient development of REST-based services.

• Experience with various database technologies, especially NoSQL.

• Experience with agile development.

Essential Qualifications:

• The consultant must have a good command of Norwegian, both written and spoken, at a minimum level of B1 according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

​

Work Environment:

• The consultant will work in Digdir's offices in Oslo, Leikanger, or Brønnøysund, and must sign a confidentiality agreement upon starting.

​

Contract Details:​

• Position Duration: 100% for 1 year, with an option for two extensions of 6 months each.

• Start Date: As soon as possible, preferably no later than April 28, 2025.
